30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Little Sunshine, we stand completely behind the safety, structure, and joy of our developmental toy collections. We offer
a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your physical parcel to request a return or resolution.
Return Criteria & Eligibility:
To qualify for a standard voluntary return, the toy must remain in the exact condition you received it: completely
unplayed with, unused, clean, with any original tags, and firmly sealed inside its original packaging.
You will also need to provide your original order confirmation receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages, Flaws, and Product Issues:
Please inspect your developmental toys immediately upon unboxing. Because we put safety above all else, if an item is
found defective, structurally damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us instantly. We will immediately
arrange a replacement, alternative, or complete refund at zero additional cost to you.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain categories cannot be returned due to hygiene and health safety, including personalized items, custom baby
apparel, or clearance/sale gift cards.
The Refund Procedure:
Once your return parcel is received and inspected at our hub, we will send an email notification confirming approval or
rejection. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your specific banking institution or credit card processing group to
post the funds.
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
